Software
V-Empower uses industry standard tools and methods in the software development cycle. We design software by using Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Unified Modeling Language. The whole system will be developed iteratively, tested and implemented before moving to the next iteration. The software development process uses Best Practices for Software Development Teams.

Software Maintenance
V-Empower provides support and maintenance as per the contract.

Upgrades
V-Empower believes that all software and web applications require enhancements and upgrades. We provide Change Control Mechanism and Version Controlling of the software. In this process, the initial requirements are finalized and signed off by both parties (client and V-Empower).

Furthermore, V-Empower’s development team carries out an impact analysis of any form of change requested. We coordinate changes and manage customer expectations to ensure the change is implemented in time and within budget.

In case of time bound projects, the concerned project manager sends the estimated effort and timelines of the upgrades to the client. The clients are billed according to the effort spent by the team on that project.

Support
V-Empower support services work on a “Reporting Mechanism” where the calls are captured through our help desk system. Each trouble ticket is identified as either a high / medium / low priority. Our customer support services team helps the end users with quick fixing, training, and capturing the changes / issues.

Training Experience and Resources
Training sessions conducted for the staff are based on an analysis by the company’s Training Department. Such training sessions are planned for each quarter and are carried out by internal and external experts. Each trainer is well equipped with at least 10 years of experience and knowledge in the field of Information Technology and has training resources for analysis, design, coding, testing, quality process control, project management, networking and support.
