V-Empower Inc. is strongly committed to using its unique skills and talents to serve our customers and continued growth to our employees.

V-Empower Inc. is now in the 3rd year of its strategic realignment program. Over the past few months, we have implemented significant structural and business changes to make the company a highly focused organization that defines clear priorities company-wide and pursues these priorities with relentless discipline and energy.

This year has been a decent year for the employees, customers and the leadership in many ways. We were honored to be the 7th Fastest Growing Technology Company by Deloitte in Maryland (2007). We were ranked #1 Fastest Growing Company by Deloitte in Maryland (2006).

We are very thankful to our customers, our vendors, our employees and our well wishers for their continued support and guidance in making us one of the best small companies to work for.

Over the years, we were able to do the following:

• A contribution of $ 1.66 million to various local and national non-profits/organizations through 2008
• Empowered 12 of our employees to be entrepreneurs
• Expanded 100% health coverage to all our employees & their families
• Opened up ownership to many of our employees
• 99.8% Customer Satisfaction
