Project Based Delivery ModelIn the Project based delivery model, V-Empower will execute a project for a fixed price and an agreed upon delivery timeline. This model is commonly used in fixed price projects and is ideal for small projects that have well-defined and fixed scope. V-Empower will submit an estimate after reviewing the requirements and project scope. Changes to scope are subject to additional charges at a pre-determined rate. V-Empower will allocate resources with necessary skills to execute the project and deliver it on-time and in-budget. V-Empower strives to execute all projects using the agile development methodology. The project-based delivery model on occasion uses a waterfall development methodology with frequent customer demos. This is necessary to control scope changes which can otherwise result in cost overruns. |
