In the GDC model, V-Empower will provide a development team that is dedicated to client’s project(s). This is ideal for medium to large projects where scope is subject to revision and change. This option allows the most flexibility and lends itself to the agile development methodology. V-Empower offers Gobal Delivery Center packages that have teams with varying degree of experience and skill.


The Gobal Delivery Center packages include full-time development and QA resources and part-time project managers. All resources are presented to the client for their review and approval. Gobal Delivery Center packages have the following benefits over the Project-based delivery model:

  • Select your own Team – Client will be provided with resource profiles and has an option to select resources of their choice
  • Resource Consistency – Once a team is selected, they will be dedicated to you, no need to select a team for each project
